Business Development Executives are responsible for driving company sales by sourcing new clients, and by convincing existing clients to purchase added offerings. As such, Business Development Executives play an integral role in companies’ longevity.

Oversee the sales process to attract new clients. Work with senior team members to identify and manage risks. Maintain fruitful relationships with clients and address their needs effectively. Research and identify new market opportunities.

Business Development Executive Responsibilities:

Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

Procuring new clients through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and collaboration with the marketing department.

Attending networking activities to research and connect with prospective clients.

Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.

Suggesting upgrades or added products and services that may be of interest to clients.

Crafting business proposals and contracts to draw in more revenue from clients.

Negotiating with clients to secure the most attractive prices.

Equipping staff with the technical and social skills needed to enhance sales.

Reviewing clients’ feedback and implementing necessary changes.

Remaining in tune with trends in consumption to ensure that our offerings remain relevant.

  2. A) The Executive Committee is accountable to the General Body for its activities. As per the constitution, EAG management is responsible to the Executive Committee for the effective management of the Organization and the program as well as for the proper utilization of funds provided by the different sources.
  3. B) The EC always members monitor the activities of the Accounts Section for ensuring good accounting. Before the implementation of any project or plan it needs to be approved by EC, EC also takes a decision
  4. C) EAG management is accountable to the District and even villages level Administration for its activities. EAG is participating in the coordination meeting organized by the local Administration and submitting reports on a regular basis.
  5. D) EAG is also accountable to its beneficiaries for the activities and services and the money they saved and given to the organization’s custody.
  6. Organizational Transparency

–    EAG is transparent to the donors and is providing all types of information considering the requirement.

–    EAG is transparent to the participants. It is always very much open to the participants/beneficiaries, especially about information.

–    EAG is also transparent to the Counterpart and Partners.

–    EAG never tries to hide any information to the stakeholders it is working with.

–    EAG is maintaining close touch with the Government and providing all necessary information to the authorities at the village, District, and National level.
